Summer is a busy, bustling time at Dow’s Lake Pavilion. The rentals operation opens after the Victoria Day weekend in May and runs through to the end of September.
The Rideau Canal is a delightful place to explore in a boat, offering a whole new perspective of the city that you never get on shore!
 | We require a deposit of $20, and Photo I.D. or a major credit card for all rentals. |
| An adult (18 years or older) must accompany children younger than 12 years old, and be present to provide I.D. and sign for those between 12 and 18 years old. |
| We require each person to wear a life jacket while operating our boats. Lifejackets are provided in all sizes free of charge with each boat rental. |
| Dows Lake and the Rideau Canal are unsupervised waterways and use of these waterways is undertaken at your own risk. |
| We regret that we cannot take reservations for rental items. |
| We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Traveler's Cheques and Cash. US exchange is posted daily. |
| We do not provide refunds because of weather conditions which are beyond our control. |
